Run down, one out of 3 fountains work, furniture in the courtyard is tacky, broken & really old rude employees & tenants. Ohhh and everyone is SOOO nosy there too. Oh good luck bringing your luggage or furniture up... the 1st floor elevator always broken. My mattress guy had to carry three pieces of a bed n all the parts 3 flights of stairs. Management is a joke, rude, lazy n you would be lucky if they get back to you in a week!!!! Seriously RENTER BEWARE
The Management doesn't care who they rent to, it used to be a nice place to live. But it went down quickly because they let drug users or anyone move in .
Unkept,green slimy ponds in the focal point of what could be an amazing center courtyard. No maintenance crew and an owner who clearly doesn't care. Inexpensive rent rates because it's nasty!
