Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional customer service. I have never experienced such rude, tacky, and disrespectful behavior from a business. My daughter was inside your store at 5:53 PM — SEVEN whole minutes before your posted closing time of 6:00 PM — simply grabbing one last item, and your staff thought it was acceptable to shut the lights off on her like she was being thrown out. Stay clear of this store! The staff is rude , and they are swindlers! They charged me 600 dollars for hair that I could have purchased online for 75 dollars! When I went to return the hair they treated me disrespectfully, and eventually stated they would credit my credit card! The next day it still wasn’t returned to my account, and when I phoned the store to inquire about their failure to credit my account they hung up the telephone on me !
