Thanks to the superb communication skills and availability of Ellis being at Front Desk, I was able to get a safe room for my son in an urgent time Thank you so much!!! Highly recommend this hotel because of their genuine care

The room was clean and the bed was comfy. It was so nice to have warm breakfast and a shuttle to the airport in the morning!

After traveling 15 hours and arriving at the Denver Wyndam hotel my reservation had been canceled. Waited an hour for the shuttle. The front desk person was unbelievably rude. Wouldn't help at all. This was the evening of September 15th into morning hours of 16th. Absolutely No Customer Service or care. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!

I would not stay at this location again. The Toilet in the room would not flush. There were wasps in our room and when we complained about them, the staff was rude and made fun of us for complaining. They then moved us to a different room and the toilet in that room would not flush. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. There was no communication if there was truly a fire or it was a false alarm. There was one nice staff member, but the rest were rude. I will say the Denver hotel needs an upgrade. The carpet in the room needs to be replaced or change to vinyl floor. We opened the door and got a strong aroma of cologne smell, Probably to cover up animal smell, The AC would not adjust Had to turn of. the chairs were either broken or uncomfortable to sit in. We were able to get some Sleep before catching our early flight out.
