I have never stayed in such a gross, unkept place. The pictures on line were very deceiving. Pool was gross and cold, security doors were not secure, walls and doors damaged, mouse poop under where carpet was, 89° in the dining area at 7 am. Only good thing was how close it was to the airport, but there are several other places around this area that have to be better than this!
If I could give this place 0 stars I would the person at the front desk needs to be fired. He was an Asian looking person working around 10:30. I checked in using Apple Pay for my deposit. I then came back after I put down my bags to make him aware of the misinformation I was given over the phone because I was told I couldn’t check in without a physical card after I tried to explain I lost all my cards at the airport. The 100% smoke free signs everywhere should have been a hint that this place is definitely not smoke free. The weed smell permeated the fabrics and made it hard to sleep. The carpet was musty and overall the rooms smelled terrible. I’m not sure who the incredible staff are because I had to call to get someone to come check in myself and the other people lined up in line behind me.
