We came in late at night (well after midnight) and were greeted by one of the nicest front desk agents I've encountered in our travels. I believe her name was Nuvia. She was super friendly, helpful, and accommodating of my request for a ground floor room, despite a day of computer issues. I was exhausted and she was the perfect combination of someone who was helpful but not overdone. I'd come back just because she was a great ambassador. The whole hotel was remodeled.
