I rarely post negative reviews, but I had a really bad experience at this hotel just a couple weeks ago. I can't be silent about what happened! I am a caretaker for a disabled friend of mine. We didn't arrive until about 7:00 in the evening, and my friend was already getting tired and was ready to get into the room, instead we are told that we can't get a room because they have none available, and that I should get a hold of booking.com and find out what's going on with the reservation. We made a reservation back in January for this hotel. We booked four nights for Rockville. Had no problem staying in a less than mediocre hotel because the price was right. When we arrived the hotel manager was very short with us and said our reservation had been cancelled back in January, when we booked it. Then he tells us he can get us a room but it's going to be $325 MORE than what we had booked for. We paid $750 total for a hotel room we only used to sleep in. Went to check in and thought the place was closed, front windows were filthy made the motel look closed. Room smelled like mold

The room was spacious, but the cleanliness was terrible. Everything was dirty: the floor, the hallways, absolutely everything. I would never stay at this hotel again. It looks like a rundown motel. It’s shameful that Quality Inn puts its name in the hands of such poor management. I do not recommend it at all.
