Terrible. There are other comparable hotels that are much better. Ted at the front desk is not a good representative for your company. Our stay is supposed to be easy and comfortable. He made it complicated and needs some customer service classes. Room was ok, bathroom was not.. things rusted and falling apart. Lights were all different bulbs lol smh. No attention to detail or carer overall.

For a hotel in its price range its a very good deal. Linens done every day, basic cleaning was immaculate but things like the windows were dirty and dust on some surfaces, nothing major. My major complaint is the wifi logs you off after several hours and you have to log back in, it's ruined a couple good games I had going and is just an unnecessary hassle

In retrospect paying $126 for the room is exorbitant. Our room was next to the breakfast area. The door to our room had a large space open at the bottom therefore when the breakfast room was being prepared to open at about 5a the noise was like it was in our room. We were In Lawrence for a basketball game. Didn’t get to bed until about midnight. Not much sleep due to the breakfast room preparation’s. This room is not worth $126 in a Monday night.

Rooms small but clean. Service great but the building itself needs a little tlc but it's okay.
