Check-in clerk, Doris, was very friendly and helpful. She went way above her duties to help in a mixup booking. Every motel needs a Doris!!!!!
The facility is very dated, and not in great repair. The A/C unit is very loud and wakes you up every time it kicks in. Cleanliness is barely adequate, I saw lots of dust. The bathroom is bizarre, the door only opens halfway and then it hits the toilet. There is also no exhaust fan in the bathroom so the room felt damp and musty. I had to turn the air conditioner way down to get the humidity out of the air. Front desk staff was courteous and efficient. The housekeeping staff was beating down my door before 8 am. As soon as I walked in. I was greeted with a positive smile by Doris. She provided an amazing customer service. To managers of Baymont! Doris deserves a raise. She is an amazing employee in your company. Ill come back here just to feel the warm welcome by Doris.
