Just so you know, the pool is drained. I've stayed here several times in the king jacuzzi suite. In 6 years they haven't updated their info to let people know that there is no pool. Last stay, the jacuzzi tub, toilet and television were broken. We were moved to another room and the jacuzzi was broken in that one as well. They moved us to a 3rd room that was in working order.
Sharon is absolutely awesome!!! The ladies that work there are so nice and helpful. The location works when visiting my son .
Bed is shot, plumbing was loose but worked, heating unit made noise. needs work!
Check in was okay. Parking lot needed work. Didn’t disclose online that they have a hotel cat and I am allergic. Obvious mold below the window in the trim. Carpet was gross. Stained sheets were they even changed?? Had to ask for a new set from housekeeping. The changed them for me and the new set was still stained but they assured me they were at least clean.
