Val is the best I've ever seen work with this much efficiency he's amazing he really took care of me the entire time I was in the bar he served me good.....I will definitely come back Ellie at the video kiosk over night service is super helpful in the most unusual circumstances as she helped me find out how to return a friend’s phone who had almost no other shot of receiving it . This is a differed type of unusual service that is most beneficial and Ellie specifically went above and beyond to help me
Reserved the suite because we had 4 kids with us. The pull out couch was broken. They moved us to 2 separate rooms, which we appreciated, but the rooms smelled musty. The carpet almost felt damp. The pool area was out of service, so that was also a bummer for the kids. The workers were helpful and kind. The place needs major updates.
