Ellie was a great help during check in and using the kiosk.
Stayed for 3 day weekend, when it was day to check out, the cleaning girl was coming in an hour early to clean but we explained to her we weren’t packed up yet, so she decided to wait outside our door that entire hour, and even told US to clean to room, so when I left I thought I had left my phone behind, I called the hotel, I think a girl named Erica answered the phone and when I explained my situation she asked “is this a reservation question” I responded with no and she just hung up on me.
Best part of our stay was the hotel lounge and restaurant. Great food and atmosphere, our waiter for food wasnt the greatest but the others made up for him. The bartender knows what hes doing and was great both nights, and the other young gentleman running food and later waiting on us for drinks on saturday was great as well. Definitely made us want to stay in the lounge instead of going else where.
Tapps is an amazing culinary gem for Jamestown! Aside from everything we ate being amazing, we were also greated by the owner/chef, David! He treated us so kindly and let us sample some amazing things. Pash provided us amazing and outstanding service as well! We felt like we were on one of our vacations at a 5 star resort! This will be our go to now! Jamestown is lucky to have you Taps!
