Talked to a person on a webcam vs having someone in the lobby it was a terrible slow experience
Terrible experience, we made a reservation by phone and when we arrived they couldn’t find it. They don’t have actual people working it’s a zoom call and the service was terrible. The pool and hot tub are very dirty, green Alage lined across the bottom. I was also informed there was a bat in the hot tub filter by some other guests that were at the pool
Worst experience ever! As a hotel front desk worker myself I have never dealt with such incompetence before! Why are we dealing with foreigners on a kiosk screen, so stupid. I was also double charged because I made a reservation over the phone but the lady on the kiosk couldn’t find it. I was also told I would be getting a king room, but put me in a double queen! So annoyed!
Great water park. Helpful staff, also has a restaurant and bar area. Rooms were large with all the proper amenities. Forgot 2 take photos of rooms, but mine had a futon and a bed. Had a jacuzzi jet tube in it as well which you could relax in. Will definitely stay here again if driving through the area.
