I booked a king room when I arrived there was some sort a nasty liquid in the sink there was hair and blood on the toilet I asked if I could get another room I was moved to a double bed room I discovered there were bed bugs in the room I went down stairs to let the front desk no the manager went up stairs with housekeeping they pulled back the sheets seen the bed bug crawling around they took the beg big away and the manager told me I couldn’t get my money back I couldn’t be moved to another room and then she blamed me and s... read more

Emptied my room while I ran out, hours before checkout time. When I returned to my room, my stuff had been thrown away and my room had been stripped
I always tell my wife to read the bad reviews of a place when looking for a place to stay or a place to eat. And she ask why. I replied to her, just to see what the customers are complaining about. If people are going to complain about pity stuff in a review about a $55 a night place to "sleep". They are just looking for a reason to complain. The staff was great. The room was ok. But i have stayed in a lot worse place, and paid a lot more for the room. If passing through we will stay again.
