The room was very spacious, the restroom was very clean. Came with a working freezer/ refrigerator. Quiet place to rest and close by all the shopping/restaurant area.

I stayed here on November 2nd, and it was such a disappointing experience. It was a cold night, and after checking in with my kids, I was given a key to room 215 — only for the key not to work, not once, not twice, but three times! Then they moved us to room 206, which was completely messy. I went back downstairs again with my little ones, only to be given another room (205) that was also dirty. The breakfast sucks 6 it's not how it's advertised. There's no gym as advertised Pool is out of order There were no hotel keys left so they had to open our doors every time i came to and from. Which felt like a baby sitter The towels were all stained in yellow don't think they use bleach The mold and mildew smell that lingers from vents and floors is disgusting They ask for a 50 deposit then a 75 to now a 100 deposit which is totally but how they are you fit for the deposit. This is an extremely nice, clean hotel. Not only was both the bathroom and bedrooms clean, but there were also no scuff marks on the walls, or anything similar. The internet seemed to be fast. I've stayed at many cheaper hotels for my work, and this is the first which gave me a free room upgrade! I paid for a double queen, but got upgraded to a two bedroom suite.
