Terrible hotel. Do not stay here. There are other hotels in the vicinity. Any of them would have been better. When I got to our room, there was dirty soap covered in hair in the shower. Cigarette burns on the vanity top, but this hotel is non-smoking. Couldn't take a bath because there is no plug. Not sure why I would wanted to though judging by the condition of the tub. I would give 0 stars if I could. Worst experience my family has had in a while. My hotel standards are pretty low but this stay was rough. Asked for early check in and was repeatedly denied (despite that being an advertised rewards member perk), sat in parking lot for over an hour and hotel was NOT busy at all! When we were finally able to check in we found that only one elevator worked, there was a questionable blood spot on the bathroom wall and a dirty sock in the floor. This place is disgusting. Our room was dirty. Bathroom floor wasn’t clean. Sink and shower were both dirty. Weird smell in elevator. Really run down hotel. Beds were uncomfortable.
