The pool was green couldn't even see bottom step. No eggs fake sausage for brkfst. Poor housecleaning with dust all over lamps. Asked for late check out no sr discount it just totally sucked. Were expecting a pool. Not a frog pond.
(See pics) Booked a room through a third party vendor and regret it so bad. The room was dirty, ceiling falling apart in the shower, unknown substance on the curtains, weird smell all throughout the building jeeez how is this place still operating. None of my devices could connect to wifi. My wife and I asked about the pool and the front desk attendant told us it was open and we were free to get it. The pool was disgusting. Disgusting room dead bugs and the bed was not clean at all, and they refused to give us money back
