I have never used a laundromat so I am giving Patio 4 stars because most of this is probably on me. I used the Baymeadows location and Justin was supper helpful and explained the process and even confirmed I had not overloaded the machines before I started. I used 2 of the largest and 4 of the medium machines. I had to rewash an entire load because they came out completely dry and exactly the same way they went in. Travelling through Jacksonville visited Patio Laundry last night and what a delight! Easy to find, great parking, reasonably priced and to top it off sparkling customer service from Heather! Heather went above and beyond to help us get started with payment, supplies, and familiarization with the machines! Extremely clean store, very well-maintained machines. Very convenient location next to Walmart, a tap room, and restaurants. I like that the machines use a phone app to start the load rather than messing around with coins. The app shows you how long your load has left and even gives you a bonus if you load a certain amount of money. There are plenty of places to sit and relax while you wait.
