Worst experience of my life, made an appointment at 8 am walked in at 7:58, only one staff on shift and she said the other staff are getting there. First off, this is a job you should be on time to your job. Second, instead of helping me they were outside gossiping before helping me out. Third, when I got to the room I was overly annoyed as I waited 30+ minutes just to see a LVN. Great receptionist. Erica was very kind and patient. The many questions I had, she answered with patience. From many clinics I’ve went to, Erica was one of the kindest receptionist.
Front desk receptionist Ms.Erica is great at her job. Great customer service and really helped me out with what I needed. She is really nice and I am glad that there is someone like her working there.
