This was the BEST HOSPITAL I have ever been in. The staff was Amazing, not like other places where you know the person helping you is not happy doing so, or as if they even care. But not here , Everytime I needed something or asked for help, I knew these nurses were doing it because they really care about your care!!! And the Food, was out of this world, I felt like I had a personal chef. Best food ever . So it's a shame the other places can't even compare to this place.
Doctor Pepper and team was amazing! Registration was amazing! After care was one of the worst. The techs were great checking in on us.however not very talkative or inviting. Nurse the first night was awful! My husband has had multiple surgeries and I did not feel comfortable leaving him alone. The first nurse came in and helped get him in bed around 11 and didn’t come back til shift change. This is unacceptable!! I had to ask what meds were being given. Told wife surgery was may 6 got email showing same date showed up was told had been changed to may 13 but no one called us drove 2 hrs in a storm to get there lost a day of work and wasted a tank of gas place is an absolute joke and totally incompetent
No other patients on the floor. Nurses and staff were great. My hip and back were completely jacked and painful. Kicked out while wife was in the er (also not busy) and told they’d call me a cab leaving my sick wife there alone and me (post surgery) to fend for myself with all my stuff while not supposed to be lifting anything or bearing any weight on my leg. Staff was great. Administration was a-holes who could not see past the dollar bills and focus on the person.
