I had tendon repair surgery here and the staff were very professional and friendly. The check-in process was simple and the wait time was not long at all. I had a very good experience with the procedure here and will request this facility for future operations.
This place has always been a great place for my wifes surgeries. You're treated like a person likes to be treated . Everyone is so nice
Terrible terrible terrible place, let’s just start with the food director. His name is Shawn, Shawn doesn’t follow his own rules or washing hands after phone usage or handling 2 different types of meat. Most of the pastries had mold but it’s in regard to the kitchen, the hospital itself is nice but as far as Cura and their team they aren’t civilized nor are the burgers cooked thoroughly. Also watch out for the pastry chef, she sneezes and coughs a lot . So beforehand, the hospital is nice but the cafe is 2/10. TERRIBLE
UPDATE: 12/27/24 3rd procedure done. Ditto! Same great comments are warranted as before. ORIGINAL: I've had two procedures done here and I received great care from every staff member!
From surgery day check in with Stephanie to my pre-op Nurse DeSean and the Operating Room “A Team” through post-op recovery and check out, this is the place to go. The entire process was thoughtful and professional and it was obvious the staff truly cared. I was NOT comfortable with the thought of having surgery, but this group of dedicated and witty professionals made the whole adventure much easier to handle! Thanks to everyone who had their part to play in my surgery and recovery. You are outstanding!
