My brother and I needed to visit this ER three times during his cancer battle, primarily when he was having catheter issues but also once to be scanned for any potential clots. For the most part, we were both very happy with the care here. The doctors and staff were kind, informative, and helpful, and we were usually seen and helped quickly. My only quibble would be that during our last visit, we were left waiting in a room for almost an hour with no idea what was happening. I’m so angry at this staff. My 76 year old mother was brought here with a head injury. She fell on her face and had 2 fractures in her nose. When they wheeled her into the patient room, they left her in her wheel chair for HOURS! She told me she finally asked to be moved to the bed and the nurse said “oh I’m so sorry, i didn’t know you wanted to be in the bed” Are you out of your minds??? If I could give 0 stars I would!! Literally just canned to see if my sister was there he said I’m not doing that right now and hung up in my face!! The customer service is terrible!!
