This place is a complete rip off! We are IN Network but you sent that we are Out of Network to get more money and you STILL owe us a refund!!!! You fail to answer the phone and you don't do a DANG thing but give someone a Tylenol and charge $1000.00 for it, SERIOUSLY!!!! A total waste of time and surely money! They need to shut this place down for scamming people out of money! I wish I could this a negative star!
Double and triple check your medical bills from this place!! The service was ok, however they never called me back with lab results. I have over paid bills with them because they send each bill multiple times, even after I have paid them! I paid them in January in full and they just rebilled me the same amount (2 months later in March), this is actually the third time this has happened for (happened once for facility charge & now twice for physician charge).
