I’m extremely frustrated with my experience today. I went in for a scheduled breast ultrasound, which I’ve routinely had six months after my mammograms as part of a long-standing high-risk monitoring plan. I’ve been doing annual mammograms since I was 35, so I’m very familiar with the process. I explained that I’m due for my next mammogram next month and simply wanted to proceed with the ultrasound today and wait on the mammogram. Great experience. Professional employees, very respectful, responsible and on time.
I had my first mammogram and follow up diagnostic mammogram with ultrasound here. Both visits were positive experiences. The whole staff from the front desk, to technicians, to doctor were efficient, polite, pleasant and communicated well. I was anxious both visits, but the staff had a calming effect on me and I left more relaxed both times. Thank you!
