I have had my annual mammogram done here for many years and more recently bone density tests. I have no complaints. Scheduling has been easy; check in has been easy; and the staff has been friendly.

I've been a patient here four times (for periodic cancer screenings), and today's experience was genuinely unacceptable on multiple levels. First, the wait: my appointment was in the morning, I arrived 15 minutes early as instructed, and wasn't called back until 45 minutes after my scheduled time - with no acknowledgment or apology. More concerning was the check-in process. The billing staff asked me to state my full Social Security number, date of birth, and home address out loud in a lobby full of other patients. It has now been two weeks since I was promptly contacted by BSW regarding my one-star rating. I completed the form that was sent to me immediately...again, two weeks ago...and have not received any follow-up communication. As a patient who has received care at this facility for the past four years, I find the lack of response both concerning and disappointing. I’m extremely frustrated with my experience today. I went in for a scheduled breast ultrasound, which I’ve routinely had six months after my mammograms as part of a long-standing high-risk monitoring plan. I’ve been doing annual mammograms since I was 35, so I’m very familiar with the process. I explained that I’m due for my next mammogram next month and simply wanted to proceed with the ultrasound today and wait on the mammogram.
