Consistently messing up the schedule, changing treatment times without telling me. Half can't stick someone in the veins correctly to the point I have to keep a list. It's been 2 years now. You'd think they would have it right by now.
After my mom going through surgery to remove 1/5 of her lung, she has been in a lot of pain and was scared things were not going right. We went in for the two week follow up and met with Gloria, she is a nurse practitioner for Dr.Shah. She put my mom at ease. She gave her such compassionate care with such a loving touch. Gloria was such a breath of fresh air and so sweet. Mom even asked her for a hug. We felt so blessed to meet with such a caring person. Thank you Gloria, you make a difference!!!
Considering how busy employees are at this center I am impressed with their polite kindness. Kudos to a positive, and gentle manner when dealing with frazzled, anxious or scared patients. Not an easy task.
About a year ago my mom's phone was stolen by a nurse here. I really didn't want to believe it but looking at the chain of events it's the only thing that makes sense. When I got there to pick my mom up the nurses at the nurses station were all talking smack about her. She was almost asleep on her first round of chemo, and she really needed to go to the bathroom, but wasn't able to move at all.
