Over charged and billed for something over my urgent care co pay with no explanation I have severe gout and have never had a provider just refuse to help me had to constantly call back to get an answer was told I’d receive a call back in 10-15 mins and had to call in myself after an hour 3 times. I’d avoid this place won’t be using Baylor Scott a white in the future.
