Worst urgent care clinic, reception staff is rude. I went as walk-in at 11:30am, there was not a single person in the clinic but the reception said that the provider will go for lunch now until 2pm, and i cant leave the facility until my turn comes. Upon asking they said anyone who comes before u then they take the priority. I am soo confused, they we are booked but then if I am physically there I dont take priority which they previously said. Turned away cause they were "at capacity" with no one in the waiting room. So much for Urgent care.
Provider we saw was excellent and efficient. It was a busy waiting room, but the nurses were working quickly to get us seen.
Quick and efficient. The provider didn’t rush my visit but was fast and friendly.
