This place is an absolute joke. I came to this urgent care during normal business hours, clearly unwell, only to be told the doctor was on lunch and they wouldn’t see me. No backup, no triage, no communication — just “come back later.” How is that acceptable at a facility that claims to provide urgent medical care? Emergencies don’t pause for lunch breaks. Very disappointing experience. When I called, I was abruptly told there were no appointments available. Upon walking in, I was told there would be a two-hour wait and was encouraged to either come back later or go elsewhere. Strangely, the waiting room was completely empty. We decided to wait — and only then did the provider agree to see us, clearly reluctant. It felt like we were an inconvenience rather than patients in need of care. I was seen almost immediately. Front desk girls were wonderful. So helpful. The Dr I saw was very compassionate about what I needed. I called with a question and my phone call was returned and questions answered. Thank you to everyone that helped me.
I had to go here not so long ago, but the staff is unprofessional and it seems as if only half of them are competent. I just got hurt again and would rather kill myself than come here again(obviously an exaggeration)but you couldn’t get me to go back . There was a wait but that makes sense. Didn’t even get all my questions answered and am still dealing with the same issue.
Convenient, slightly busy (good for them) from the moment i walked in, front desk was kind, greeted me well and efficient! EVERY STAFF MEMBER WAS KIND, smiling, and took great care of me. Really cant believe i was in and out so quickly. So glad to find this place just around the corner from me! PLEEEEASE KEEP THIS AWESOME STAFF, they deserve a bonus <3
