Short wait time, clean waiting area, friendly front desk staff. Friendly nurse, friendly & smart doctor, and clean patient rooms. This place earned every bit of this 5/5 star review. I will definitely be coming back here when needed.
I have never had any type of surgeries or broken bones and Baylor Scott has been there for me through it. So sweet and helpful this clinic ,hospital in Pflugerville in the ER.All the staff is so kind and im always seen in a timely manner.
I brought my kid in 10 minutes before they closed after being told the pediatric urgent care couldn’t help for 3 hours and they immediately saw me, before I even sat down they called his name and we were in and out within like 30/45 minutes
