My husband had been seeing another urologist for years and we weren’t satisfied. While in the hospital for another issue Dr Bruner stepped in and helped. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Been using him ever since.
Dr. Bruner did great when I had to have my kidney stone removed! The staff at the Grapevine location is very sweet and extremely helpful. The nurses/receptionists are very quick to get back to you when you have any concerns and try their best to fit you in for an appointment if need be.
Good grief........googled urogynecology & up popped one in Grapevine !! Great.....call # & low & behold the automated message is for Plano location. Sit through the w h o l e message & joy, press 2 for Grapevine location.....done.......just so I can listen to the same.message.from.before. So I call the # again (just to make sure I hadn't miss heard the directions on which # to press) & listen to the same message.....SAME EXACT THING !!! Needless to say, I will not be using this place for my health needs !
