I had surgery today, and every single person I encountered, from the front desk to the nurses, anesthesiologist, and my wonderful surgeon, made me feel so cared for and safe. I’m incredibly grateful and truly could not have had a better experience.
I had to have colonoscopy on 1/6/2026 . I had to be there at 5:30 am to give DL and Insurance Card. My appointment was at 6:30 am. at Rockwall Surgery Center, Was very nervous about everything. The lady at the front desk was very kind. Anesthesiologist, was very kind and explained everything, Dr. Cloud, all the nurses were all very kind and compassionate, explained everything and even ask if I had any questions. My experience at BS&W Surgicare in Rockwall was excellent. I was very nervous about my procedure, but the nurse who started my IV—whose name I, unfortunately, can’t remember—was incredibly kind and helped calm my nerves. Her voice was very soothing and reassuring. Every staff member I encountered was wonderful and efficient. The anesthesiologist and Dr. Egan were also fantastic—they both took the time to explain the procedure and what to expect, which made me feel much more at ease. Great facility with great nurses and doctors; however, billing files claims incorrectly with insurance and you end up in a third-world country trying to solve your billing problems. Absolute nightmare and a bill that I have to pay because they are incomptent to file it correctly.
