I would advise to stay away from Surgicare Centennial unless you want to be overcharged and treated as if you are their bank. They required too large a payment (almost $600) up front or they wouldn't let my 6 year old daughter be treated. They waited 3 weeks to file the claim and when an EOB is issued they STILL refuse to reimburse and say it can take another 6-8 weeks. Had major surgery here and the end to end processs was amazing. Everyone was kind, made me feel at ease and I am glad this was my chosen center

I plan to file a complaint with the state if I have not received it by the time the law allows. They should be fined bigtime for this!

For personal health reasons, I ended up having surgery twice at this location, 2 weeks apart. I cannot recommend them more. The staff was caring and efficient. The time it took from me checking in, getting to the back for prep, and then getting into surgery was not long and drawn out. Everyone ensured multiple times I knew what was happening next and they responded quickly to requests like an extra warm blanket. I had a Stapedectomy on November 25th and found the staff to be wonderful. From scheduling, billing, the nursing staff (Jessie, Charlotte, Michelle) to Anesthesiologist Dr. Renteria, OR team (Maria, Darwin) and Dr. Brian Rodgers, I can not say thank you enough for all your dedicated care.
