Save your money. Staff is extremely rude in particular one woman named Susan was not satisfactory in customer service or communication. They’ll try to charge you out of pocket before the surgery even with insurance. They’re able to provide you with an exact estimate but they refuse provide you an itemized estimate, only an revised itemized bill AFTER the surgery is complete. Did surgery at grapevine but they moved to Southlake. Paid upfront but then 2 months later they sent a bill to charge for more. Take note people
