Dr. Gaona performed hernia surgery on me in July. I think he’s the greatest. Not only because of his surgical skills, but also his wonderful personality and bedside manner is awesome. His BSW Centennial office team is fantastic, too!
Doctor Gaona and staff performed appendectomy on me last Friday. He was great. I am healing and up and around.
Dr. Gaona and his staff were very professional and kind, as well as efficient and knowledgeable. They took time to sit with me and explain every detail and assure all of my questions and concerns were addressed. Dr. Gaona made sure I was prepared for my surgery and he made sure to communicate with my and again answer all of my question before and after my surgery. I highly recommend his office!
Dr. Carlos Gaona is very knowledgeable and explained every detail of the medical issue, as well as what to expect before, during, and after surgery. We had countless questions, and he was attentive and patient, leaving no stone unturned. We found Dr. Gaona to be very personable and his bedside manner is impeccable. This doctor was so patient and his staff and he were so kind to me. I had had acute appendicitis six weeks earlier and one of my incisions was not healing. I was referred to Dr. Carlos and went to his office and he and Clarissa did exactly as I expected. They cleaned my wound and got rid of the scar tissue and gave me very direct instructions on wound care. Two weeks later I am on my way to being fully healed.
