Had surgery for kidney stones there 3+ years ago. Even though I was disoriented, the staff treated me as though I was a special person all through my surgeries. Bladder cancer was suspected, so they ruled that out right away! The surgeon was the BEST (sadly, he has retired). The nurses and all the well trained staff could not have done a better job restoring my health. I was treated like family. My prayers go out to them today because they are short staffed due to the weather. Stay safe!
Bring a coat, and plan on a long visit. Actual blood draw was fast, but it started an hour late. All made worse by the fact that it was 62 degrees in the waiting room. The receptionist laughed at me when I brought it up. Even the staff were wearing coats. Ridiculous.
Had to have two different MRI done and the staff was great. I was afraid but they made me feel comfortable by telling me step by step what they were going to do and what to be expected.
I want to sincerely compliment Jeff after a wonderful visit. Jeff was very communicative about the whole process. Very kind person who made my visit very comfortable while I was there.
