Dr. Khan will try to run you off quickly. If you're in a negative pressure room, you will inhale alot of fumes from the roof work, and they will lie and say it's safe. When you ask for a MSDS on the chemical they refuse to give it to you, which is highly illegal.
I went to this hospital one week ago for the second time to the ER and they send me home saying i was a no emerjent patient when I was dying of pain and they even have the balls to tell me that if I payed certain amount of money they would treat me :O worst hostipal ever doctors dont even take the time to talk to you and explain was going on. Never going back there
I went to this hospital for the 5 or 6 time after having a miscarriage and was sent home without even being looked at... 2 hours later I passed two softball sized blood clots and almost bled to death passing a total of 15 golfball to softball sized blood clotts before finnally passing out from loss of blood.
After hearing some bad things about Lake Pointe and children my wife and I were hesitant to take our little one to the ER late last year. However being that it was an emergancy and the hospital is 2 blocks away from our house we decided to try it. I am please to say we got the best service we have ever gotten at an ER ever! We were in and out of the ER within 2 hrs; admission, diagnosis, perscription and discharged. We would have been lucky to see a doctor in that 2 hours at the hospital dedicated to children in Dallas.
