My wife was referred to them for a broken ankle that needs treatment. My wife has Baylor Scott and White insurance through Obamacare. They called us and said they couldn’t see my wife till February because Baylor Scott & White insurance has not negotiated contract prices with them yet. From my first visit and x-rays with the always pleasant Dr Ogbonna, the xray technician, the MRI staff, and over to the friendly staff in Orthopedics, everything was handled quickly & efficiently. Special shout-out to PA Michael Sullivan for explaining my knee issue coherently and professionally, as well as having an amazing sense of humor! He has a great personality for dealing with people, which seems to be a lost art so often nowadays. He answered all my questions and offered advice. Definitely recommend!!
