The customer service at Baylor Scott & White might be the most pathetic I've ever experienced. Trying to get medications refilled in a reasonable amount of time is impossible and they will send you bills for services from 18 months ago out of nowhere saying they didn't charge you enough. Don't go here unless you want to spend all day on hold trying to figure out why they can't just simply do their jobs....
I cannot access the patient portal because I have not had an in-person visit in one year. It is near impossible to talk to someone over the phone. This needs to be fixed!
