The staff here is friendly but Dr. Eldridge is amazing! She really cares about her patients and listens to them she helped me right away with my medical issue and now I am so greatful to her, would definitely recommend.
Dr. Silfast-Kaiser was actually a great provider. She took time to listen and explain stuff. The issue I have is she said to come back if my son's skin broke out again or I could upload a picture into his portal. My son's face broke out (it has never done that) and I was worried because it is spreading and getting worse. I wrote a message explaining that the portal would not let me upload pictures and asked what I should do for her to see his face. If I could give this place a zero I would I have been dealing with nothing but bad communication since July with this office I've been dealing with the office making your appointments for you and not calling you to schedule a convenient time I am dealing with or I should say I have dealt with the staff office manager being rude on top of a secretary calling me rude because I voice concerns about how they're treating patients .I had a doctor that text at 7:30 at night to pick up medication for a next day appointment at 7:45 i... read more
