Unable to add more to my review so posting an update: While in the ER again for the exact same issues, my fiancé had to raise hell with both my primary care and my specialist. My primary care is apparently getting ready for vacation, which I guess explains why I received no responses for over a week through the phone or the BSW app. They refused to call the specialist or the ER to confirm that I was even there. THIS IS A -5 STAR REVIEW. NOT EVEN ONE STAR IS DESERVED. I can say with 1,000,000,000% certainty, wholeheartedly, depressingly, and disappointingly, that Baylor Scott & White's so-called “Christian Healing Environment” does not exist for all. There is no urgency, no empathy, and no follow-through from their specialists. Since leaving the city, my care has gone sharply downhill. For the past two weeks, my "healing providers" have bounced around responsibility for a single signature on paperwork that is already 98% filled out.... read more

I visited with Shelbi Miller, PA in Orthopedic Surgery. I’m so happy and satisfied with my provider. Her and the entire team were compassionate and kind. She educated me on my injuries and I left feeling confident with my treatment plan. The team were constantly checking in on each other and offering assistance.
