Dr Julia Flowers does an excellent job! She has great bedside manners and gets you in and out quickly. Check-in was great, I like the new system. The new office is very nice. I appreciated the text message 15 minutes before my appointment with the new address because I was walking into the old location at that moment. The new location was 2 or 3 minutes away so it wasn't a problem. Nice new office. I’m not sure how your mature patients feel about text “ here” when arrived. Seems a little “cold”.
I had an appointment to discuss HRT for February 2. Mondays are the only days I can take appointments because I work the rest of the week you know you gotta work to pay for your medical insurance right and all your other bills. They called me the Friday before the day before I was supposed to get married to cancel my appointment and wanted to reschedule me all the way until September. Diedre was exceptional and spent time discussing options with me. I felt heard and my concerns were addressed. Highly recommend this office. Staff was friendly and helpful as well.
