I am extremely dissatisfied with the experience my daughter has had. She went in for an IUD procedure, and what should have been a single co-pay has now turned into three separate co-pays. At no point—during scheduling, check-in, or the appointment—was this explained. This lack of transparency is unacceptable. The new office is nice, and Dr. Lieser is great. They are just super busy right now with patients so be expected to have longer wait times than normal.
Dr. Westby is attentive and caring. The staff are super nice and helpful!
I made a new patient appointment three months ago and when I arrived they said they canceled my appointment because I did not have a referral. I was never informed of this and was able to make the appointment without being asked for a referral. I did not receive a call or email they stated they messaged me in the portal but I never saw a message. I arrive at the appointment I waited three months for to be turned away at the door.
