The professional staff is excellent. With their help and guidance, I’ve made some incredible advances. My problem with this facility and its operation is the support staff. They are surly and antagonistic.At the price point I’m paying here, I’d expect a more respectful attitude. Three support staff lecturing a paying guest on the simple operation of their alarm system like I was a child is disrespectful and intolerable.
