It was very easy to make my initial appointment with the BSW All Saints Rehab, but a little hard to find as the actual Therapy Center is on top of the parking garage instead in the main hospital! My therapist, Donna, was very friendly and did a thorough evaluation and gave me “exercises “ to work on my vocal chords at home then scheduled several follow up sessions❣️

My therapists understood my health issues and are directing therapy around my needs to help strengthen my core.
Very disappointed in the care my 27 year old son who has a stroke received. I understand that it is a outpatient therapy, but they were not even willing to help in the bathroom to make sure he did not fall. They would rather him fall than to assist him a little. His main wheelchair broke and he had to use a transport wheelchair. They discharged him because they were having to put a little effort in to transport him out to the elevator where he was just left until Trinity metro could pick him up.
