This office was wonderful! Reception and communication was welcoming and kind. Therapist Michael worked with my husband and he was excellent! Each visit was positive and encouraging. Mike understood his needs and chose appropriate and needful exercises to improve his condition. He explained things well, varied each day’s visit and repeated them often enough to create muscle memory and strength. We would recommend this office to anyone!
Many thanks to Michael for attentive, warm, and thorough care. I absolutely appreciated everything he taught me. Also many thanks to Ivonne who led the best check in process I’ve ever experienced. She also helped with a billing situation with such grace and ownership - I was amazed (and grateful)!! Highly recommend this practice.
If you are in need of physical therapy, I highly recommend Baylor Scott & White, the Arlington Arbrook location. The staff members are friendly and kind and the therapist is amazing. He does a comprehensive assessment and then develops a detailed therapy program that is tailored to whatever issue you have. I have received twice weekly care at their facility where the therapist works with me to regain mobility in my shoulder and I have also been given a set of exercises I can do at home.
