I can’t say enough good things about them. The front desk staff is friendly and courteous. My PT Casey is awesome. She is very knowledgeable, compassionate, methodical and listened to my concerns. With her guidance, my sciatica back pain has come down from acute to manageable state within couple of weeks and for that I am extremely thankful!! I wish them all the best and would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a truly professional physical therapy team.
5 stars because of the therapist. I am going for shoulder surgery rehab. My therapist is skilled and very concerned about my pain level. I have seen the care of the others as well. facility is well equipped and clean. I have been to some that just want the money. This is not one of them.
Everyone here has been great from reception to other Therapist always offering a smile or hello and encouraging sentiments to the all star at this location Casey…. and while she’s a UT educated Aggie fan she is also a stand out and exceptional PT. I am an annoyingly time intensive and combative character with a constant barrage of facetious off hand rebuttals but she has been a trooper.professional and has made my scattered focus think about my recovery and exercises. i appreciate her and this Baylor facility for their care.
This is an excellent rehab center. I had rotater cuff surgery and have been very pleased with my experience here. They play great music and make the sessions very enjoyable. Casey is great at showing and monitoring a variety of exercises and I am gaining strength very quickly after a serious surgery. Highly recommend.
