I just completed 12 sessions for a torn PCL. My overall experience was first class. The front office staff always had a pleasant greeting, and called me by name. The facility is spacious, with lots of room and great equipment. My physical therapist, Drew, was excellent. Very knowledgeable about my injury and how I needed to work back to full strength. I have been going for PT for several months & I luv this facility & the staff. The ladies up front are so kind & they remember the patients names, which I luv. Jerin is my therapist & she is sooooo amazing, patient & very helpful. I'm not sure where i would be after my total knee replacement without her!! Thanks for hiring the "right" staff!!
Highly recommend. From the front desk staff to my therapist, Jerin, you will get quality, professional service! And everyone listens carefully to your feedback and adjusts as needed. That’s a huge plus for me. I’d give 10 stars if I could!
