I have been a patient at Baylor Scott and White(BSW) Orthopedic Rehabilitation located on Travis Ave in Ft Worth since November. Facility is managed by Vishal --we call him 'V'. I have had several injuries in the last few years that have required physical therapy(PT), including a shoulder injury, follow up to heart stent implantation and my recent hip dislocation.
