Staff is very friendly and professional. The therapist did a thorough assessment and explained what each test entailed. As it was my first appointment and they had not received the orders for OT from my Doctor, I was shown a few exercises to do at home until my next appointment. I did not feel rushed and the therapist answered all my questions and concerns. I would have no reservations recommending BSW Outpatient Therapy.
My therapist, Emily, is terrific. She makes you feel very comfortable, is articulate and easy to understand. I had a very good experience.
I've worked with one OT and several PT therapists. All were excellent. They made me feel like my conditions were top priority for them. I highly recommend.
