Financial department for baylor scott and white - physical therapy is pretty much useless, was never notified if I got approval for assistance and when I call they give me the run around, so then what's the point of offering financial assistance if they never notify you.

Great physical therapists and really try to met your needs with scheduling, etc.
It's a great place to come! Physical therapy is helping me by learning and practicing skills. Julia is kind, encouraging, she's a wealth of information and loves her work!
EDIT: Have tried reaching out to the clinic, insurance, and Select Medical for help with billing and all have just directed me to each other. Very unhelpful. Additionally have not been reached out yet. Would not recommend going here. Staff is great but the billing is not. Went recently for a very minor issue based on a doctors referral and was charged $500 a session because I have a high deductible plan, even though the contract I signed and what I was told at the time of my first appointment was $322 a session, which is sti... read more
