My 84 y/o husband fractured his femur, had surgery and now is going to out patient rehab at Baylor Scott & White in Grapevine. The most challenging part of his recovery is his dementia. Recognizing this his therapist, Ruchita has been patient, calm and creative in working with him to help strengthen and improve his ability to transfer and walk. My treatment and experience as a PT patient of Jessica has been excellent! The office is always on time, I am greeted by MY PT and she stays with me the full time I am there. She is briefed and updated before I arrive, she explains what we will/are doing, providing constructive urge feedback and encouragement. She reviews my assignment, confirms my next visit before I leave. I endured 3 previous physical therapy offices in search of this level of treatment. Highly recommend!
