Love my pcp.
I checked in and did have to wait past my appointment time before I got called back. Nurse checked vitals and went over basic information. Dr. Patil came in afterwards. She did apologize for making me wait. She does spend quality time and goes over everything which I like. So waiting in my opinion was well worth it if you have a Dr. who takes her time and not rush!
It was a nice experience. Staff was friendly. Everything was on time. No wait.
