Dr Costello has been my PCP for about 5 years now. I have never had a doctor that was so personable and professional. Very thorough, great communication,. Almost fun to go to my annual check up! Nurse Savanah was equally as great!

I am extremely disappointed by the unprofessional and careless behavior of the front office staff at this location. Two days ago, I submitted a refill request through my mother’s online portal. The system incorrectly sent it to the wrong physician, and it was denied. Today, I called the office and requested that the refill be correctly routed to her actual doctor.
