Every staff member I have dealt with has been friendly attentive and respectful. Been using this practice for a few years now and very pleased with my pcp and staff.
My mom recently started seeing Dr. Nguyet Nguyen as her primary care doctor. Dr. Nguyet is very thoughtful in her approach and has an excellent bedside manner.
Love the pre check in. Excellent customer service at the front desk, friendly nurse and a super Dr. Bui. Service is prompt. No waiting. Dr. Bui listens, is attentive to my needs and answers all questions.
Convenient location, kind caring staff and has the providers I need. They were short handed on staff the day we went due to the ice storm, but you couldn't tell. They were quick and gracious at check in and check out. The ice had been removed and we got a great parking space. Looking forward to the added parking being added in the back.
