From the front desk to the nurse assistant, and the PA, my experience was great. PA Kelly listened to all my concerns and made sure that they were addressed.
We are really pleased with BSW everything always go so smoothly and we always get treated so well making us feel that the care is so personal that we almost feel like family.
Brenna Blackwell is awesome! She listens to you and gives you options for your medication. She is very caring about you and your health concerns.
