Dr. Roufeh is just the best. I’ve bounced around from urgent cares and used teladoc for little things the past several years because I’ve never had a PCP. I knew I found my DR from my first appointment with Dr Roufeh. I‘ve since scheduled my husband an appointment and referred him to several friends and family members. Love him and all the staff. #1 they answer the phone #2 they are nice #3 it isn't crowded #4 they don't double book #5 Dr. Ko & Dr Roufeh are super friendly & so are the nurses. Dr. Roufeh is so friendly he has the best bedside manner. It is like you are talking to a friend. I can book & change appointments online, no holding or going though menus to reach someone. YES!!!
