I just established care recently at this facility. The staff was very pleasant and down to earth. My physician was very attentive and addressed my concerns. Glad I started coming to this location.
Dr Yang is terrific! She “listens” when I talk and answers my questions without rushing me. She is also very knowledgeable and up to date on best practices
Great service. Charged me for wrong code and still waiting for reversal. Friendly staff. Hoping that coding gets approved after reviewing from department. Concern on why so many tests and evaluating. Also, always having to do an office visit or video call. Stars based on being charged wrong code and still waiting for funds to be reversed.
Baylor Scott & White: Excellent clinic. Dr. Anna has been incredibly supportive and attentive, and the nursing staff is among the best I’ve experienced—especially with blood draws. I would absolutely recommend this clinic.
