We came here after my husband had reoccurring pain for a previous diagnosed blood clot. The nurse was extremely rude and unpleasant. I would not recommend or return. Like many the same nurse carol is the same nurse we encountered. She is the most unkind person in this facility.

I am very disappointed and will never go back to this “hospital”. This is merely a urgent care. I did not get the care that I would have at a regular emergency room. I was in terrible pain with my back and had my brother bring me to the emergency room. We arrived at 5:45am. We were the only ones in the waiting room, and we’re fairly quickly shown to a room. I went in with a very painful UTI, and was greeted by a super friendly clerk who helped me with my paperwork. I then was greeted by a nurse, Patricia, who was so friendly and calming. She was very professional but at the same time, really knew what she was doing and talking about. I wish I could remember the name of the fantastic man from the lab who got my IV in with one stick (when it usually takes everyone several), and was also so very kind. First let me say I tolerate many things. This place brought me to the dark side. I brought my wife in to evaluate whether she had a broken toe. This was what SHE wanted. I supported her. The story begins with us arriving approximately at 10:30pm wife going in on crutches. My wife who never complains about anything is clearly experiencing something she has never experienced before. >>>Warning<<< to all potential fellow patients: be very cautious of this medical facility. I took my daughter there at the end of March 2019, for an upset stomach that persisted for 3 days. They tested her for the flu, which was negative, and sent us off with instructions to stay hydrated and take advil. We did not have insurance at the time.
