They called me to come pick up a prescription for my mom and once I arrived (about 3 minutes after they called me) they were straight up rude. The door had a lunch break sign but the door was open. I thought maybe they forgot to flip the sign so I just went in to see. Instead of professionally saying they are on break or whatever, they start saying in the back “learn to read the sign” “use google translate” while laughing. No need to be rude about it.
