mediocre pharmacy, most the techs are lazy and dont care. they’d rather you die in the hospital next door than do anything else. They gave me the WRONG PRESCRIPTION and I cant get it fixed until monday. there is no accountability amongst staff here absolutely atrocious

UPDATE 7/2024 New pharmacist and completely different experience. My wife and I really appreciate all the improvements and use this pharmacy regularly now. Old post 2023: Service has really tanked over the last year. Our prescriptions are now being transferred to other Baylor pharmacies with excellent service and other local pharmacies.
Time and time again they have taken the best care of everything. If there’s ever a delay they let me know, and that’s rare. The techs are all kind and very knowledgeable. Pharmacist Grace is also really informative when I have med questions. She is a kind soul and makes every patient feel welcome and comfortable.
Loved it!!!! I can say Amazing customer service. The ladies were very sweet, and respectful. Thank you
