My primary care sent me to therapy to aid in my day to day being saddled with less pain because of stenosis and residual from C4 & C5 disc damage. I have to admit it has proven to be a pleasant and rewarding experience. I was at ease when John was able to tell me what I was experiencing after observing my abilities when I performed particular movements he instructed me to attempt. Caitlyn is amazing! I had to change locations due to distance unfortunately.
Dishonest. After an exactly 12 months after my last session Jki get a bill saying I did non pay for my visit on 5/20/24. Even on the invoice they sent it shows insurance payment and I owe $75. Yet on my insurance website for this date there is no service listed, no insurance payments to Baylor for 5/20/24. And interesting the receptionist here collects copay each time before you can start a treatment. Very Dishonest and shady place. Scam artist
